Send it back
After approval, we will provide return instructions. Please keep your tracking receipt until the review is complete.
Receive your refund
Once the item is inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return guidelines
- DIY kits must include all parts, accessories, and instructions.
- Items damaged through normal use may be reviewed for a replacement rather than a refund.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refund timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider after approval.
